By accessing the platform, registering an Account, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact support to close it.
2.3 These Terms are presented in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.
3. Eligibility & Registration

Registering or attempting to use the Services if you are under 18 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. 92r1 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
3.2 Legal Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 92r1 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 92r1 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the User's own risk and in breach of these Terms.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 92r1. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 92r1 will verify the information provided and may request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights arising from it to any other person.
4. Account Responsibilities
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You must notify 92r1 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 92r1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such loss arises directly from 92r1's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all devices and software you use to access 92r1 are free from malware, spyware, and other security vulnerabilities.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Supported Methods. 92r1 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported methods may change from time to time and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed within the Cashier.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances, bets, and transactions on 92r1 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). 92r1 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds derived from any unlawful activity. 92r1 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
5.6 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability and applicable limits. 92r1 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 All bets placed on 92r1 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible within each section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Once confirmed, a bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. 92r1 reserves the right to void bets where there has been an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
6.3 In the event of a system error or technical failure that affects the recording or settlement of bets, 92r1 will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the affected bet history. Where this is not possible, 92r1's decision as to settlement shall be final.
6.4 Casino Games. All casino games offered on 92r1 — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. RTP percentages published are those provided by the respective studios and apply over a statistically significant number of rounds. Short-session results will vary substantially from published RTP figures.
6.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the affected round is void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the User's Account. 92r1 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 92r1 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Bonuses are granted at 92r1's sole discretion. 92r1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.
7.4 92r1 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error and to withhold any associated winnings where a bonus has been obtained through abuse, including through use of multiple accounts or through any form of collusion.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92r1 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the 92r1 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and databases — is the property of 92r1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from 92r1.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92r1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
10.2 92r1's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92r1's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.4 The platform is provided "as is". 92r1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Responsible Gaming
11.1 92r1 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. All users must be 18 years of age or older. 92r1 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account Settings section of the platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the User will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Promotional communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion.

12. Suspension & Termination
12.1 92r1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:
12.2 On termination of an Account for breach, any balance attributable to breaching activity (including winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited. Any non-contested balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method following investigation.
12.3 A User may close their Account at any time by contacting 92r1 support. Closing an Account does not affect any obligations or rights that arose prior to closure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the 92r1 platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through 92r1's internal complaints procedure, accessible via live chat support.
13.2 All disputes regarding the settlement of bets or the outcome of casino games shall be referred to 92r1's internal review process. 92r1's determination following such review shall be final, except where an error of fact or calculation can be demonstrated.
14. Amendments to These Terms
14.1 92r1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92r1 will provide reasonable notice to registered users by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
